In photography we had to over describe our character and let out partner represent what we thought we were like, i struggled to summarise myself in one description that could be portrayed on photo and went for the summary of being slightly banana's i wanted his expression to portray that he new he wasn't completely there but so what....

Hole in the Blind

We have been given a brief were we have to pick a room and follow the light, this is the most interesting light its a little hole in the blind that drives me mad but was my best friend for the week.

Haute Couture Sewing Techiniques

I have learnt some new haute couture sewing techiniques, i now have a real appreciation for anything hand beaded. It is intense but extemely rewarding.

Photography Proposal

We have been given a project to take a series of images, I have chosen to base my project on a series of images capturing a moment of everyday life; I want my images to be unguarded and un-posed. Be here for only four months i think it is great opertunity to capture a different side of the city the soul and realness of New York not the tourist side. I want to find a new way of viewing the city in many different ways seeing things that people who live here take as familiarity and walk on by I want to turn the mundane aspect of everyday life into something that is fascinating. Capturing small acts of kindness and scenes of unexpected beauty; street’s that are alive and busy.

Fashion Night Out 2010

The temperature soared yesterday so went and spent the afternoon on the infamous roof deck at Soho house seen in Sex and the City, it has a 360 panoramic view and great place to spend the afternoon people watching.So nice to be able to relax in the sun!
